The Illiberal Politics Initiative explores the rise and behavior of far-right and illiberal parties across the globe, with a particular focus on Europe, the United States, and Latin America. It explores policy issues, party strategies, ideological products, ethnic imaginaries, and deeper sociological transformations that explain the success of movements that recuse themselves from parts, or the totality, of the liberal-democratic software.
