The Illiberal Politics Initiative explores far-right and illiberal parties as they grow in influence across the world with a focus on Europe, the United States, and Latin America. We explore policy issues, party strategies, ideological products, ethnic imaginaries, and deeper sociological transformations which explain the success of movements which recuses parts or the totality of the liberal-democratic software.
